Healing the Healers KAP Retreat
January 28, 2024
Salt Lake City

Are you feeling burned out?  This retreat is for you!  Compassion Fatigue and Burnout are at an all time high in the healing professions.  It is easy to forget why you went into this kind of work.  It is easy to get lost in the chaos of wars, pandemics, trauma, and all the pain.  You went into this to help others and in helping others sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves.  Start the new year off with a day to focus on You.  This retreat will be focused on mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, connecting to your inner healing wisdom, and strengthening the connection with yourself and others.  Our hope is that this retreat helps you to Remember why you went into this healing profession and to feel energized and ready for this next year.

*There will be once a month KAP groups to create community and connection.
